THE TRIAL CHAMBER,
NOTING that on 23 September 1996 counsel for the accused Zdravko Mucic filed a Motion requesting compliance with Article 20 of the Statute of the International Tribunal ("the Motion"), which Motion requests the Trial Chamber to commence the trial of the accused as soon as possible so as to ensure that the trial is "fair and expeditious",
NOTING the Order of the President of the International Tribunal of 15 October 1996 assigning Judges to the Trial Chamber for the trial of Zejnil Delalic, Zdravko Mucic, Hazim Delic and Esad Landzo "in the interest of the proper administration of justice and the efficient disposal of cases",
CONSIDERING the discussions between the parties at the status conference held on 1 October 1996 as to the possible date for commencement of trial,
HEREBY ORDERS:
(1) a status conference for all four accused shall be held on Friday 1 November 1996, commencing at 2.30 p.m, at which the parties are to confirm their readiness for trial;
