I, LAL CHAND VOHRAH, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED as duty Judge by the President of the International Tribunal pursuant to Rule 28 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules") for the period 3 to 10 August 2001,
NOTING the indictment against Enver Hadzihasanovic, Mehmed Alagic and Amir Kubura (together "the Accused") confirmed on 13 July 2001 by Judge Fouad Riad,
NOTING the transfer of the Accused to the seat of the International Tribunal on 4 August 2001,
PURSUANT to Rule 28 and Rule 64 of the Rules,
ORDER the detention on remand of the Accused, and instruct the Commander of the United Nations Detention Unit in The Hague to keep the Accused in detention until further order.
